Can you notice the difference between the two varieties of Saffron? This is something which only an expert can tell.
One of the saffron has been adulterated with fine ‘colored paper shavings’ mixed with saffron.
The other one is 100% pure.
Kesar 1 is 100% pure and Kesar 2 has been adulterated.
